Our 6" diameter #MAVNET Sand screen discs are our premium version of common sand screen disc variations out in the market. We wanted to bring great quality discs and an affordable price to woodworkers and craftsman by creating a disc that didn't break the bank. These discs are clog-free and are made with a long lasting heat treated aluminum oxide grain that can withstand more heat, pressure and stock removal than other discs. Because of its open weave net structure, these discs do not clog and are dust free especially when used with a dust extraction unit such as a festool, mirka, or standard home depot, lowes and other hardware store disc sanders. Our focus is woodworking, craftsman and manufacturing and that's where our inspiration for this product comes from.

Am happy with the screen and wet/dry discs. Was disappointed in the regular 5 & 6" sanding discs(yellow ones). They did not seem to hold up well, or last very long Iong. Do you have a higher quality hook and loop sanding discount available?

After what I had heard, I expected something good but these 150grit discs are great.
Very aggressive for a finer grit and minimal marks on the wood. I moved on the 220 more quickly and with less effort.
