Collection: Drum Sander Rolls & Feed Belts

Replacement sandpaper rolls and conveyor feed belts for drum sanders from Performax, Jet, SuperMax, Grizzly and others. Our rolls are open-coat aluminum oxide on a heavy cloth backing – they resist loading, wrap the drum without cracking, and are cut to the width and length your drum needs. Hook & loop rolls are available for drums with a loop covering.

Getting the most from a drum sander

Most drum sander problems – burning, snipe, belts breaking, the conveyor slipping – come from three things: too deep a pass, a loaded roll, and a worn feed belt. Take no more than 1/64" per pass, clean the roll with a belt eraser, and replace the conveyor belt when it glazes or slips.
