Collection: Sanding Discs

Sanding discs for every sander in the shop: hook & loop and PSA discs for random orbit and DA sanders, cloth-backed PSA discs from 8" to 30" for disc sanders and lathes, Savage ceramic discs for fast stock removal, silicon carbide discs for glass fabrication, and 2" and 3" quick-change discs for die grinders.

How sanding discs differ

1. Backing – paper for fine finishing, cloth for tear resistance and heavy use, film for a perfectly flat scratch pattern. Our guide to disc backings compares them.
2. Attachment – hook & loop for fast changes and re-use, PSA (sticky back) for a flatter, more rigid disc on disc sanders and lathes.
3. Grain – aluminum oxide for wood and general use, ceramic for metal and long life, silicon carbide for glass, stone and wet sanding.
4. Diameter and hole pattern – 5" and 6" multi-hole for dust extraction on orbital sanders; no-hole for disc sanders. We stock 3" through 30".
