I was working on a cutting board for a Christmas gift and started to run it through my drum sander, as it was going through on about it's 3rd pass the conveyor belt came apart. I searched and searched for a replacement. I went on Maverick Abrasives website and ordered one. I did need the belt asap so I called them and left a message to see how soon it would be shipped. They got back to me later that day but there was no one available to see if they had on in stock. The next day I woke up to an email letting me know they didn't have one but they were in the process of making one and that I could pick it up later that day at will call, but I had an appointment that day so I couldn't drive down there. So we went back and forth with emails and it was shipped that day. I received it the next day and was able to finish the cutting board and get it shipped to Wyoming. Great customer service, great communication and keeping me in the loop.

Make sure you watch their video on how to get the right size. I ordered this on for a 22-44 jet and it doesn't fit. (You would think the 22-44 would be the size right?) Needed the 47" length one. Return shipping was more that it cost, so my bad. I ordered the correct one and works great!

I've been using it for about two weeks now and I have zero complaints. First thing I inspected was the connection point for the belt and it seems super solid. My last two belts have broken quickly on that seam, but I don't think I'll have the same problem with this one from Maverick.

I purchased a feed belt for my Supermax 19-38 sanders. I choose Maverick because their belts are polyester backed instead of cloth backed. After installing the belt I had it tracking within a few minutes. Also Maverick customer support is very responsive and good to deal with. I will buy from Maverick again.

First time buyer from Maverick Abrasives. Because of incorrect information I ordered the wrong item. Tried using email as per the web sites information but after 7 days of no response I called the Customer Support line and was instantly helped by a very knowledgeable rep. The correct item was received within three days and fit perfectly. Would I buy from them again? You bet. P.S. If you have any questions, try the email but if they are unable to get back in a timely manner, the Customer Support line is answered very quickly and the help is outstanding.
Now I have read of some buyers not being able to track their replacement conveyor belts after installation. Had the same issue at first but then decided to try one of the installation videos on YouTube. In my case, I reversed the belt 180 degrees and the tracking started working correctly right away.
The quality of the replacement belt is as good as the factory original that came with my drum sander.
The belts are good quality. Customer Support is top notch. Packaging was in a very well packed box and delivery was right to my front door. Yes, I will gladly do business with Maverick Abrasives again. They earned 5 stars from this buyer.

So this is exactly how a company can lrovide great customer support and help clients fix the problem. Initially I got the 16-32 drum sander conveyor belt and was not happy. It tore one inch from the seam on first couple passes(no it wasnt super tight either). I was frustrated as all heck and thought I’d give them the chance to make it right. I called and talked to Garrett explained my problem and he apologized for what happend and said, I’m fedex’ing another one to you today. Got it in record time! Works perfect and I’ve got tons of hours on the new one and its doing great! I appreciate MA making this right!

The belt drive on my Sears 18 X 36 open end sander broke, due to age (15 years) and I needed a new one. I looked for a replacement and at first only found a 16 X 43 1/2 inch belt. I struggled for two days, and it wouldn't go on. I saw your ad and ordered an 18X44 1/2 belt, which fit very well, but not easily. It works fine.

The belt I bought seems to be of good quality and well made. The only problem I've had is getting it to track correctly. It's tracking in the video but has a little pucker on one side. probably not the belt as others have had trouble with tracking on these machines. Overall I would recommend this product.

I didn’t want to pay for the Delta brand belt, and cheaper out on another brand. It didn’t last but a few passes before it tore. Then it lost tracking and continued to shred it self. The Maverick is just as thick as the Delta, and installed easily. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I think it is a little a skewed. I got it to track, but took much longer than I anticipated.

It works great. My first run with the new belt was an end grain cutting board.
Perfect fit and good replacement for original. I WAS concerned that this belt is 120 grit and the original was 100 grit. Doesn't seem to matter.
A bit bummed I had to buy 2, but price is good. Who knows? I might have messed up on the install and would have a second chance. Well, now I have a spare.

My new Supermax 16/32 would not track without continuous tracking adjustments. I eventually destroyed the belt by always tightening it. A replacement belt from Laguna costs $ 80.00 plus shipping. I found these Maverick brand belts at a great price, two belts for $27.00, 2 belts per unit, $ 54.00 plus shipping. This belt tracks great, no sliding after initial adjustment. They also gripe the piece that you are sanding so that it stays tight under the sanding drum.
