FULL-SURFACE ABRASIVE CONTACT

Choose a no-hole disc when extraction holes are not part of the setup

The uninterrupted abrasive face maximizes contact area. Because the disc has no extraction pattern, use it only where the sander, pad, material, and dust-control process are appropriate for a no-hole disc.

01

50 discs per box

The selected size and grit are packed as a box of 50.

Both diameters are listed across 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 320, and 400 grit.

DECISION GUIDE

Which size and grit should you choose?

Fit the diameter to the backing pad and select grit by the surface condition and required finish.

SIZE

5-inch discs

Choose for a compatible 5-inch hook-and-loop backing pad. Confirm the pad and sander do not require an extraction-hole pattern.

SIZE

6-inch discs

Choose for a compatible 6-inch hook-and-loop backing pad when additional coverage per pass is useful.

80–120 GRIT

Leveling and surface correction

Use the coarser choices for faster scratch removal, leveling, and preparation before finer stages.

150–400 GRIT

Refinement and finish preparation

Use progressively finer choices to reduce the prior scratch pattern and prepare for the required finish.

HOW TO USE IT

Fit the disc to a clean hook-and-loop pad

Disc retention and finish quality depend on pad condition, alignment, speed, pressure, and dust control.

  1. 01

Disconnect power or remove the battery before changing the disc.

  2. 02

Confirm disc diameter, no-hole configuration, pad condition, and rated speed are compatible.

  3. 03

Center the disc on a clean hook-and-loop pad and press the full face into engagement.

  4. 04

Start the sander off the workpiece and verify the disc is secure and running flat.

  5. 05

Sand with controlled movement and pressure, then replace a loaded, torn, curled, or poorly retained disc.

Use the guarding, extraction or collection, personal protective equipment, training, and operating procedures required by the machine, abrasive product, work material, and workplace.

Use it for

  • Compatible 5-inch or 6-inch hook-and-loop sanding pads
  • Wood, metal, primer, filler, and other validated surfaces
  • Leveling, blending, and finish-preparation sequences
  • Applications where a no-hole disc is appropriate
  • Shops that use boxes of 50 in a consistent size and grit

Do not use it for

  • PSA or adhesive-only backing pads
  • A pad that requires aligned dust-extraction holes
  • A worn or contaminated hook-and-loop pad
  • Use above the disc or tool speed rating
  • Continuing with a torn, lifting, or overheated disc

PRODUCT FAQ

Questions before you choose?

How many sanding discs come in a box?

Each selected variant is a box of 50 discs in one diameter and one grit.

Do these discs have dust-extraction holes?

No. These are no-hole discs with a continuous abrasive face. Use them only where the sander, pad, and dust-control setup are appropriate for a no-hole disc.

Will these fit my random orbital sander?

The sander needs a hook-and-loop pad in the selected 5-inch or 6-inch diameter. Also confirm the tool does not require a specific hole pattern and that the disc is suitable for its rated speed.

What grit should I choose?

Use 80–120 grit for faster leveling and surface correction, 150–220 for intermediate refinement, and 320–400 for finer finish preparation. Start with the least aggressive grit that will do the work.

Can I use a no-hole disc on a vacuum sander?

A no-hole disc blocks through-pad extraction. If dust extraction is required, choose a disc with the hole pattern specified for the pad and sander.

What are the shipping and return terms?

Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates depend on the order and destination and are shown at checkout. The return policy provides a 30-day window for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging. Restrictions and return-shipping costs apply.
