THREE CONSTRUCTIONS, ONE EXACT BELT SIZE
A cloth aluminum oxide belt, zirconia belt, and paper-backed aluminum oxide belt do not behave the same. Confirm machine acceptance and choose the construction for the required cut, durability, and surface finish.
Both belts use the selected material, backing, and grit.
Eleven cloth aluminum oxide, six zirconia, and five paper aluminum oxide variants are listed.

DECISION GUIDE
Use the live material names as the controlling specification. Contact Maverick if the machine manual does not identify acceptable backing types.
Available from 36–400 grit for general wood or metal sanding and progressive scratch refinement.
Available in 36, 40, 60, 80, 100, and 120 grit for coarser stock-removal work.
Currently offered in 80, 120, 150, 180, and 220 grit. Use only when a paper-backed belt is suitable for the machine and work.
Choose the least aggressive starting grit that will do the work and inspect the entire panel between stages.
ORIGINAL MACHINE REFERENCES, RETAINED
These names come from the original product page and help identify likely applications. They are not fit guarantees; confirm the exact belt width and loop length in the machine manual.
Verify the exact machine revision, belt dimensions, backing, joint, and operating requirements before ordering.

Fit check: A manufacturer or model-family name is not enough. Match both dimensions exactly and check any backing, joint, direction, tension, and speed requirements.
ABRASIVE AND PROCESS NOTES
The important material distinctions, grit ranges, bidirectional note, and troubleshooting links remain part of the page.
Where listed, cloth aluminum oxide covers coarse removal through finer finishing stages. Selected products also offer paper aluminum oxide in a narrower range.
Where listed, zirconia is concentrated in 36–120 grit. The 43 × 60 product is the exception in this batch and currently offers aluminum oxide only.
The original records describe these wide belts as bidirectional. A direction arrow or machine instruction on the actual product controls if present.
Start with the least aggressive grit that will do the work, inspect the full surface, and use intermediate stages appropriate to the required finish.
HOW TO USE IT
Follow the machine manual for direction, tension, tracking, guarding, and dust or spark collection.
Lock out the machine and confirm the required size is 43 inches × 75 inches.
Inspect the belt face, backing, edges, and joint before installation.
Install in the required direction and set tension and tracking to the machine specification.
Run without stock and verify that the belt tracks steadily without edge contact.
Test a representative workpiece using controlled feed and pressure before production.
Use the guarding, extraction or collection, personal protective equipment, training, and operating procedures required by the machine, abrasive product, work material, and workplace.
PRODUCT FAQ
The live selector offers closed-coat cloth aluminum oxide in 36–400 grit, zirconia in 36–120 grit, and paper aluminum oxide in selected 80–220 grits.
The original page references the Powermatic WB-43, SCM wide-belt sanders, and Safety Speed 4375. Confirm the machine specifies both 43-inch width and 75-inch loop length before ordering.
They use different backing constructions. Cloth aluminum oxide is the broad-range option on this page. Paper aluminum oxide is limited to five 80–220 grit variants and should be used only where the machine and process accept paper backing.
The existing product record describes the belts as bidirectional. Follow any direction marking on the delivered belt and the machine manual if either specifies a direction.
Each selected variant is a two-pack. Both belts use the exact material and grit shown in the live selector.
Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates depend on the order and destination and are shown at checkout. The return policy provides a 30-day window for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging. Restrictions and return-shipping costs apply.
